Here is a great recipe for a Kemboocha marinade that is going to be a flavor bomb for your next chicken dinner.
1 yellow onion – cut in quarters
*4 in ginger root
10 cloves of garlic (peeled & separated)
¼ Thai or Vietnamese fish sauce
1 cup of Star Goddess Kemboocha
¼ cup organic extra virgin olive oil
Pinch or 2 of salt (pink Himalayan)
Coarse or fresh ground pepper
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor, until smooth.
May be stored in an airtight container for use within 1 week.
*Note: if using organic ginger leave peel intact.
Depending on what you will be marinating feel free to add other fresh herbs of choice, into the mix.
