09 Mar Kemboocha fruit pudding
This pudding is loaded with goodness. Chia seeds (considered a superfood and booch (loaded with probiotics).
2 cups of fresh or frozen berries or fruit of choice (blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, peaches, plums).
½ cup Star Goddess Kemboocha
3 Tbsp chia seeds
2-3 Tbsp honey
¼ tsp salt (pink Himalayan)
Add other flavorings of choice: cinnamon, fresh mint, ginger, allspice.
Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Chia seeds expand when it is put into any moisture. The more the chia seeds are blended the more the mixture will gel together. If you like a thicker consistency, add a tsp or 2 more of chia seeds.
