2 cups raw cashews
½ cup Star Goddess Kemboocha
¼ organic extra virgin olive or coconut oil
1 Tbsp white miso paste
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt (pink Himalayan)
Soak raw cashews for a minimum of 4 hours before use.
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor.
To develop the organic cultures present in Kemboocha, put mixture into an airtight container and rest at room temperature for 24 hours.
Refrigerate 2-4 hours for a firmer texture.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
Options: fresh or dried herbs of choice, peppercorns
